I just bought the Creed Espadrille in Nero Safari and am pleased with my purchase. I spend a lot of time running after my toddler and am not used to wearing anything but sneakers and flats anymore. These are very comfortable and stylish. The wedge is high (3.5 inches) but the 1-inch platform helps. Up close, the shiny black and white snakeskin pattern gives it some 'edge'. From far away, the sandals take on a more neutral, gray look.

The leather straps are pretty stiff out of the box and I was worried that they would dig into my feet and ankles, but because all the straps are adjustable, I was able to tighten and loosen them where needed. Hopefully, they'll get softer with more use.

The shoe seems true-to-size. My true size is a 7.5 but I have wide feet and often have to buy a size up. The adjustable straps on these sandals made the 7.5 fit perfectly. I got these on Amazon for $33, plus free shipping - a great buy!
