Very cute and comfortable shoes ... until you have to walk in them for more than a few blocks. The back of the shoe rubbed the back of my heel so raw that it was bleeding by midday. I have since tried to 'soften' the leather with oils and candle wax and other things, but the stitching is just so firm that nothing seems to be softening. Would be great 5 star shoes if not for this issue.
