I was looking for a pair of nice flats or the smallest heal possible for my wedding. I didn't want to wear flip flops because the wedding is formal, but I wanted the comfortable feel of a flip flop. I took a chance with ordering these sandals. When I got them in, the box was all bent out of shape and some of the gems on the sandal were off, probably from the shipping process. I thought you would be able to tell but there was only a few that came out. I put them on and you couldn't tell there were a few gems missing. The gem part of the sandal wiggles when you walk in the sandals, so I decided to tack the gems with a small dab of hot glue to secure them from wiggling when you walk and also dance. It seem to work, and I have them all ready for the wedding. I suppose you could also sew them to the sandal as well. The sandals also have a elastic side so if you have wide feet these would work for you. If your feet are not wide you can make a small stitch to put them to your width. Overall this was a good buy because there is not much out there for a formal shoe without a heal. The sandals did require a little work in order to wear but other than that the sandals did match nicely with my dress, and felt comfortable after the few adjustments and for the price it could have been worse.
