This shoe looks beautiful and appears very well constructed, nice quality. I ordered it in size 10 - which I have in other Franco Sarto products and they fit perfectly - but this one fits like an 11 at least. It's huge on my foot. And I'm getting the run around trying to return it - the return slip can't be emailed to me until I "phone" customer service, but when I phone, there is no service available in my area for their 1-800 number. I can't return it through Amazon, I have to deal directly with the company and it's been a pain. I hope I can return them before the time is up! Plus, the cost for shipping has been high and almost doesn't pay to return the shoes. Disappointed and won't be ordering again.
