You can't just exchange for a bigger size or you will be paying out a lot of money cause they are from Jerusalem and it would take 18-32 days to get your sandals. I had to get my refund back and did not get to exchange for a bigger size cause it would take 18-32 days and I don't want to wait that long for a pair of sandals.

If the Holy Land company wants more business, then they should get more in stock at amazon instead of having a person wait 18-32 days to get their sandals.
