These are very pretty preppy shoes. I was swayed to buy them by a manufacturer's blurb that stated that this was a company that made shoes of classical style. They are.
I bought these in a 7 and they fit perfectly, so they are true to size.
I bought them in Navy and the color was a classical Navy.
The sole is a dark rubber.
Heel is about 1/4 inch.
There is a Sebago "S" stamped into the leather at the top of the thong. Very classy.
However, classical shoes were made to be comfortable and to be worn. These are not comfortable. They have absolutely no padding so it is "pounding" to walk in them.
I would not recommend them to a friend, and I consider all of Amazon's review readers to be friends, so I would not recommend them to you.

On the other hand, the following shoes are made by Bloch of London. They originally made shoes for dancers. These are comfortable and recommendable:Bloch London Women's Tia Thong Sandal.
