I received my shoes and was excited with them, until I opened the box and realized they were two different sizes. not to mention I needed them before the 13th of this month.. so I thought now I may end up having to spend more money on different shoes for the occasion.. the one size 9 I received fit nicely but the T-strap wouldn't close, and the size 8 shoe I received obviously didn't fit... I then sent their customer service team an email explaining how I didn't see it right that I now had to ship the shoes back and then pay to have new ones shipped out and they were more than helpful when they told me to keep the wrong ordered shoes and they would send out a correct pair in their place.
Wasn't happy at first, but now that I see how they handle the worst case scenario's with shipping mishaps I can say I feel confident I will purchase shoes from Ellie shoes for future occasions. Best customer service agent I've come a crossed when dealing with amazon size/wrong item orders. Thank you Brendan for helping me figure things out and fix this situation.
